Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 for online orders through this website. Bulk orders, orders fulfilled by P.O., and Amazon orders are subject to unique shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You must ship your item back to us using the same method used to ship your item (USPS Priority Mail). Shipping costs paid on the original purchase are non-refundable. For example, if your original purchase was $10.00 (including tax) plus $1.00 shipping, totaling $11.00, your refund would be $10.00.

You can use your Paypal account to generate and print a return label, or we can help you generate a return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
